This evening, around 8pm, at the intersection of Clark, Broadway, and Diversey, there were a bunch of crazy bicyclists riding around in circles and yelling. Some of them had facemasks with the international symbol for “no” printed on them. Others took to lifting up their bikes or blowing air horns. Good times.
