HuckabeeMike Huckabee just told me on my TV that we should postpone the election by 4 or 5 days, to give McCain a chance to catch up. Or at least, have the Democrats vote then. Of course, Newt Gingrich had just worked a loonie-left jab into a somber declaration of respect for Obama’s grandma.

Dr. Horrible’s Diploma

November 2nd, 2008 by J Cubed

For Halloween, I was Dr. Horrible. With a Ph.D. in Horribleness:
Horribleness Diploma PNG

Took me about an hour to whip up. The font is Bonbon Bleu. I couldn’t find an official Bad Horse seal, so I whipped one up from a googled image, decolorized it, and set the layer to Color Burn. The seals are polygon shape stars with some theme applied and tweaked. For the background, I picked some cool colors, rendered clouds, added noise, and blurred it, then turned the opacity down with a white background behind it. I signed one of the lines as the Purple Pimp.

I can’t get nothing I don’t want…

This fucker reads like the anti-Alice’s Resturant:

Asswipe…The federal government became the father. The father didn’t have to hang around in order for the kids to be okay, depending on how you define okay. But as you study more and more of this ACORN stuff, you find that it has been part of an entire movement that has been going on for two, maybe three decades, right under our noses.

We thought that it was just liberal welfare policies and all that that kept blacks from progressing while other minorities grew and prospered, but no, it is these wackos from Bill Ayers to Jeremiah Wright to other anti-American Afrocentric black liberation theologists with ACORN, and Barack Obama is smack dab in the middle of it, they have been training young black kids to hate, hate, hate this country, and they trained their parents before that to hate, hate, hate this country. It was a movement. It was a Bill Ayers, anti-capitalist, anti-American educational movement. ACORN is how it was implemented, right under our noses.
It has been a movement, it has been a religion, and Obama and Jeremiah Wright and William Ayers were all up to their big ears in it.

Train Wreck

September 26th, 2008 by J Cubed

We are ruled by idiots.

Boehner and McCain discussed the bailout plan, but Republican leadership aides described the conversation as somewhat surreal. Neither man was familiar with the details of the proposal being pressed by House conservatives, and up to the moment they departed for the White House yesterday afternoon, neither had seen any description beyond news reports.

thomaswreckIn all honesty, I’m actually glad that the fiscally conservative Republicans and McCain are slowing this up in their own way. The longer this takes, the better for taxpayers.

Debate Solution

September 25th, 2008 by J Cubed

Apparently, the Presidential candidates are still hammering out the bailout legislation. If they’re still working on it by Friday evening, I have the perfect solution. Letterman hit on it a little, but I think the Obama campaign needs to push this idea: have the VP debate Friday. Palin doesn’t have anything to do right now, and we can spare Biden from the Senate longer than the top of the ticket. The site’s all ready, everything’s in place, just send the VP candidates down. I’m sure they’re both ready to jump in at a moment’s notice; that’s the main qualification of a Vice President.

I like the implicit “again” at the end.

Mitt, you shit

September 3rd, 2008 by J Cubed

MittIf America really wants to change, it’s time to look for the sun in the west, because it’s about to rise and shine from Arizona and Alaska.

Ha ha ha, nice Reagan dogwhistle, Mitt. Hey, what’s wester than Arizona and just about as westy as Alaska? That’s right; Hawaii, birthplace of presidential candidate Barack Obama. Also, the sun rising in the west? See what homeschooling gets you?

MittIs a Supreme Court decision liberal or conservative that awards Guantanamo terrorists with constitutional rights? It’s liberal.

Is a government liberal or conservative that puts the interests of the teachers union ahead of the needs of our children? It’s liberal.

Is a Congress liberal or conservative that stops nuclear power plants and off-shore drilling, making us more and more dependent on Middle Eastern tyrants? It’s liberal.

Is government spending, putting aside inflation, liberal or conservative if it doubles since 1980? It’s liberal.

We need change all right: change from a liberal Washington to a conservative Washington.

We have a prescription for every American who wants change in Washington: Throw out the big-government liberals and elect John McCain and Sarah Palin.

Wait, “Guantanamo terrorists”? They’re not terrorists from Guantanamo. They had nothing to do with Guantanamo until we put them there.
Why does it have to be teacher’s unions or children? How about both of them, but not multinational corporations?
Dependent on Middle Eastern tyrants. [snort] I think we all know who actually does their bidding.

Oh, and the “throw out” construction generally requires a direct personal replacement. Who are McCain and Palin replacing?

MittOur economy is under attack. China is acting like Adam Smith on steroids, buying oil from the world’s worst and selling nuclear technology. Russia and the oil states are siphoning more than $500 billion a year from us in what could become the greatest transfer of economic wealth in the history of the world.

I learned it from you, Dad!!

MittLast week, last week, did you hear any Democrats talk about the threat from radical, violent jihad? No. You see, Republicans believe that there is good and evil in the world. Ronald Reagan called out the evil empire. George Bush labeled the terror-sponsor states exactly what they are: The axis of evil.

Look carefully: called out, labeled. These are language verbs. They are forms of naming. They are not verbs of action. It is literally talking the talk, not walking the walk.
